Young people can now run their own environmental projects – find out how!

Do you have an idea for making your community more sustainable and fighting climate change?

If you’re a young person resident in the UK, find out how you could get funding to run your own environmental project by registering (for free) to attend the Go Green for your Community! event in April.

Places, accommodation, travel and food are funded, but limited, so be sure to register your interest in a place by Friday 28 February, 12pm (extended deadline).

At this two-day event, you will discover how to develop your environmental project and apply for Solidarity Projects funding. It’s also a chance to network and meet like-minded young people.

Before applying to attend, please ensure that you have an idea of a potential community project, which has a focus on tackling environmental issues, and which you and your friends would be looking to carry out in the UK. Bring along at least two friends who you would work with to put the project into action.

We require you to briefly outline your project idea during registration. If you have any questions about the event, please contact

Share this with your friends, and together, you can make a difference in your community.
