The registration to join the EuroApprentices Network for 2020 is now open.
EuroApprentices help to raise awareness of Erasmus+ opportunities in the vocational education and training (VET) sector. By sharing their own experiences of learning abroad, EuroApprentices will motivate other apprentices, enterprises and VET providers to participate in the Erasmus+ programme.
Neil McManus, Construction Programme Area Manager at Leicester College, said: “Our EuroApprentices have helped to raise the college profile by attending local schools and European and National events as ambassadors for the college Erasmus+ programme.”
Applications from both current and former Key Action 1 UK organisations are welcome. It is a unique opportunity for UK apprentices to continue their European experiences and share them with others, as well as to represent the UK National Agency and their sending organisation.
Once successful, the EuroApprentice will:
- Be giving a National Level Preparation Training hosted by the UK National Agency;
- Attend the EuroApprentices Network Meeting 2020, hosted in Poland; and
- Complete a range of engagement activities including presenting at events and social media promotion over the course of a year.
Training and support will be provided and attendance of EuroApprentice events are entirely funded by the UK National Agency.
