8th IARS Annual International Conference

8th IARS Annual International Conference attendees will be able to join in a workshop delivered by Mercedes Green from the UK National Agency about Solidarity Projects and its impact on young people not in education, employment, or training (NEETs). Solidarity Projects Live Q&A

Applying for a Solidarity Project this year? Or supporting a group of young people in submitting an application? 

We're hosting a live Q&A focused on Solidarity Projects on Monday 3 February, as part of the second phase of the ‘Ready, Set, Make the Change!’ European Solidarity Corps online course. It's free, but places are limited.

2019 Europeers International Training in Liverpool

Application deadline: EuroPeers Training Course in Bonn

Bonn, Germany

A training course for young people who took part in European Solidarity Corps/Erasmus+: Youth in Action projects and want to share their European experiences with their peers. It will take place in Bonn (Germany) from 18 to 22 March 2020, but applications should be submitted by 9 February.

Extended: European Solidarity Corps 2020 Call - Round 1 Funding deadline

In 2020, the first deadline for Volunteering Projects, Traineeships and Jobs and Solidarity Projects was extended to 11 February (11am, UK time).

2019 Europeers International Training in Liverpool

Application deadline: EuroPeers Training Course in Brussels

Brussels, Belgium - FL

A training course for young people who took part in European Solidarity Corps/Erasmus+: Youth in Action projects and want to share their European experiences with their peers. It will take place in Brussels (Belgium) from 21 to 26 April 2020, but applications should be submitted by 23 February.

Go Green for your Community! takes place in April in Edinburgh. If you’re a young person resident in the UK, find out how you could get funding to run your own environmental project. Places, accommodation, travel and food are funded, but limited, so register your interest for this upcoming Networking Activity by Friday 28 February, 12pm.

National Youth Work Conference 2020 in Wales

Join us for the European Solidarity Corps world café table at the 2020 National Youth Work Conference in Wales to find out about the opportunities available for young people and organisations. This event is aimed at youth work practitioners.

Application deadline: Jobs & Traineeships Quality Booster

Finland

This training focuses on the quality elements of Traineeships and Jobs projects in the European Solidarity Corps for organisations that are Quality Label holders (or are in the process of acquiring the certifications for Jobs and/or Traineeships). It will take place in Finland from 3 to 6 May 2020, but applications should be submitted by 12 March.

Live Q&A Start up Seminar webinar

Organisations who had successful applications in the third round of the 2019 Call are learning about all aspects of a European Solidarity Corps project and will be able to ask questions to the UK National Agency team during our Live Q&A Webinar from 11am – 12pm on 1 April.

Eurodesk ambassadors around a table

Application deadline: Eurodesk UK Ambassadors Call

The Call is open until 6 April 2020

Eurodesk UK have an exciting opportunity to join their UK network as a ‘Eurodesk Ambassador’ to help spread the word about international mobility. Being part of the network gives you access to more than 1,100 youth organisations in Europe, and the Eurodesk UK team will provide training, support, and materials, along with website and social media links.

Get personal feedback from the UK National Agency team about your project idea in time for the 2020 Call Round 2 deadline on 7 May 2020. Just complete the form and send it back to us by 19 April 2020 to arrange a one-to-one telephone advice session.

Traineeships and Jobs: Live Q&A session

Join us for a live Q&A session on European Solidarity Corps Traineeships and Jobs – your chance to explore all the possibilities provided by the programme. The session is part of the third phase of the ‘Ready, Set, Make the Change!’ European Solidarity Corps free online course on the HOP platform. It will take place at 10am (UK time) on 28 April 2020.

Structured dialogue and the creation of Youth Goals are two of the main channels for youth participation in Europe. Join this webinar, which will take place on 7 May 2020 at 1pm (UK time), to learn how policy messages can be made more attractive and practical for everyone.

Please note, due to the impact of the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, the Round 2 deadline has now been extended to 7 May 2020 (11am, UK time). There is only one deadline for Volunteering Partnerships this year.
