Throughout October, young people across the UK can benefit from online and offline events through Eurodesk’s Time to Move campaign. These activities will introduce them to hundreds of opportunities to take part in international projects.

Networking session for European Solidarity Corps projects

This is an online networking session for participants of the ‘Ready, Set, Make the Change!’ European Solidarity Corps free online course on the HOP platform. It will take place at 2pm (UK time), lasting up to one hour and a half.

Solidarity Projects MEET-UP 2020 (15 - 18 Oct)

Prague, Czechia

Young people implementing Solidarity Projects are invited for the first international MEET-UP. The aim of the event is to create a community of Solidarity Project creators, and offer support and inspiration by tackling different aspects of the project. It takes place from 15 to 18 October in Prague. Application deadline is 7 September.

The fourth edition of the #ErasmusDays will take place from 15 to 17 October, celebrating the Erasmus+ programme across Europe and beyond. Visit the website to find out how you can register, take part and organise your own virtual event.

Erasmus+ Key Action 2 extra funding deadline

New Erasmus+ decentralised calls are for Strategic Partnerships projects in response to COVID-19, with a focus on innovative practices in a digital era, and skills development and inclusion through creativity and the arts. The deadline is 11am (UK time) on 29 October 2020.

This expert seminar, held online, will explore the past, present and future of the recognition and validation of youth learning (including Youthpass), taking stock of where it stands and discussing how to contribute to further developments. It will take place from 26 to 27 November 2020. The application deadline is 4 November.

Quality in Volunteering, Traineeships and Jobs webinar

The ‘Ready, Set, Make the Change!’ European Solidarity Corps online course, facilitated by the online course staff with the support of the UK National Agency, will run a webinar focused on the quality of implementation in Volunteering and Traineeships and Jobs projects from 10am to 11.30am (UK time) on 13 November.

Online

This is an online workshop on European Solidarity Corps volunteering projects during changing times, aimed at organisations active in the programme, to help ensure the quality and impact of their projects. It will take place on 3 December. The application deadline is 23 November.

Online

This seminar on evaluation and exchange of best practices will be held online and will assess the impact of volunteering activities on young people’s lives. It’s open to organisations and participants with past or current experience on EVS and volunteering projects. It will take place from 7 to 10 December. The application deadline is 24 November.

European Solidarity Corps Start-up Seminar (26-27 Nov)

Organisations who have signed the grant agreement in the first and second rounds of the 2020 Call will be invited to our Start-up Seminar, to be held online over two days. Beneficiaries will have the opportunity to learn about all aspects of a European Solidarity Corps project, pose questions to the UK National Agency team and meet peers.
